Duties and TaxesAll orders placed outside of the United States are subject to local duties and taxes. You are responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes as they are not included in the purchase price. Please check if you have to pay any taxes before buying.

Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Coffee Shift. If, for whatever reason, you're less than 100% satisfied, please return the remaining coffee and packing from your order by mailing it back to us. Orders are eligible for return for up to 21 calendar days from the date you received it. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase in the return.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
